School was not in session on Wednesday, January 29, but teachers and staff were busy sharing educational lessons and recommendations in rooms across the Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District that day.
The school district’s PD (Professional Development) Day was held on January 29, when speakers held productive sessions on a wide range of topics at numerous school buildings throughout Bridgewater-Raritan.

Crim School will participate in The Great Kindness Challenge from January 27-31, 2025. The Great Kindness Challenge is a proactive and positive bullying prevention initiative that improves school climate and increases student engagement. The Great Kindness Challenge – School Edition is one week devoted to performing as many acts of kindness as possible.

Come out and cheer for our Crim teachers/staff as they compete against other teachers/staff from Hamilton and Adamsville at the Annual Faculty Volleyball Game. The students LOVE this event. There will be a performance by our Crim Cheer Squad and spirit items will be sold at the event.

January is School Board Recognition Month...The Crim School community would like to take this opportunity to recognize our Board of Education members for their hard work and commitment to improving outcomes for students in Bridgewater-Raritan.
Although Laura Numeroff was unable to join us in person today, our Crim students who won the author visit contest (write a short story using the same format/style that Laura Numeroff uses in her If You Give series…) were able to enjoy some pizza, popcorn and a movie.
Grade 3 and Kindergarten buddy classes had 'snow' much fun working on winter activities.
An amazing faculty 👩🏫 meeting devoted to staff working in teams to create canvas wall art 🖼️ prints that contain motivational sayings to hang throughout our school 🏫 hallways.

Last evening, the Board of Education awarded a bid to renovate the High School Performing Arts Center. This project is possible due to the success of our 2023 referendum and will commence at the end of the current school year. Please take a moment to look at the renderings.

Congratulations to our 2nd Grade students for their wonderful performance for the residents at Laurel Circle and then for a second performance in front of their family and friends in the Crim School APR the same afternoon. On Friday, December 6, Spirit Day, as well as the impending weekend, resulted in an energetic group of Crim students and staff that day.
A fireplace was burning in the main office, alerting all that the holiday season was upon us.
