The Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District, in conjunction with the Middle-Brook Regional Health Commission, will be sponsoring an additional COVID Vaccination Clinic on January 19, 2022. Please use the link below to schedule an appointment.

will be providing COVID vaccinations
Date: Wednesday, January 19th from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Location: Eisenhower School – Multi-Purpose Room
Registration: To assure adequate supplies for everyone attending registration for the Pediatric Pfizer COVID vaccine is required through the following website:

At the Clinic:
- Please bring your insurance card to the clinic. The vaccine is free of charge.
- A parent/guardian is required to be present with a child.
- Dr. Frank or Dr. Cook will be available at the clinic to address any COVID vaccine related questions.
